SCOPE

This data protection declaration informs you as a website user about which personal data is collected, how and why, and how it is used specifically. The scope of this data protection declaration only applies to the content and functions of this website and not to linked, external content and functions.

PERSONAL DATA

We receive specific personal data from you via this website as soon as you send us messages via online chat, online appointment booking, email, or subscribe to our website. If a legal transaction results from our conversation, we must also collect all the data that is required for a valid sale and the provision and billing of our services, e.g., your first and last name, your company name, your business email address, your business phone number, as well as your billing and shipping addresses and, if applicable, your VAT ID.

All of the personal data we collect is stored on the servers of our providers in compliance with the GDPR. Our providers can also collect technical data (e.g., browser used, IP address, access time) and are subject to the same legal provisions.

In any case, we do not use your data to send you unsolicited advertising, except for content you have subscribed to. If you are a subscriber, we will delete your contact information immediately upon a subscription's termination. If you are a customer, we will delete your contact information immediately after our business relationship is mutually terminated, or you request us to delete it. Order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices addressed to you are subject to a statutory retention obligation, which we must comply with.

DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES

Data transmitted by you will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. An exception is the transmission of the necessary information to our trustworthy business partners and public authorities, such as

  • our IT service providers (e.g., for website operation and data backup),

  • authorities, legal representatives, and courts (exclusively in case of need),

  • other contractual partners, insofar as this is necessary for business transactions to fulfill the contract.

These are examples in which data transmission is necessary to comply with legal requirements, to fulfill a contract, or because of our legitimate interests. All the above parties are also subject to the GDPR.

If no contract is concluded between you and us, we will delete the data we stored after six months. If an agreement is concluded, we will store all data from the contractual relationship until the statutory retention periods have expired (e.g., warranty, product liability, tax retention period, etc.).

EXTERNAL CONTENT

Some pages and blog posts refer to external content and functions (e.g., videos, maps, graphics, feeds). If you access this external content via the corresponding links, your IP address will be transmitted to the respective site operator to send the requested content to your browser.

This data is not combined with other data sources and is only checked in the event of illegal use of our website.
